Don't believe pristyn care. They cheated people who are approaching them.. I have Health insurance and also agent help but in the emergency condition, I have approached prysten care with my health problem... They suggested old hospitals and fixed surgery on that hospital. At that time, I spoke with prysten care coordinator Siva, Insurance applicable. No need to pay single rupee.. he spoke very nicely. So I believed him and went for surgery. After completion of my surgery on 07/02/2025. They discharged me. They applied claim without proper bill format. They imposed medical bill what ever they want. I got so many times rejection insurance letter with the reason of bill proper format not there. Same as intimated many time. They said no problem. I believed that. After 6 months, I got call from care fi loan due amount of 75000 rupees. It showed on my cibil credit score, I don't know, why and how do I pay that amount. They told me, you have done surgery on medlife hospital and took loan for surgery. Actually, I did not know how it happened. I have given my bank details, digital signature for health insurance claim. Now they turned all this was as loan. This type they cheated people like this one... They speak first very nice. So don't belive and approach by rating.. Go through your agent only.. Now they sent legal notice also... I requesting everyone, don't make mistake like by me.
