Who ever has been going through the Google reviews and instagram videos I just want to clarify one thing I have also visited pristyn care through instagram reels but trust me they make the patients choose the worst hospital do that they can find the profitable and the patient get the loss they claimed our 80k amt by our mediclaim and even 5k cash directly but they give such hospital which is cheap by facilities but the claim was extreme not equal to the facilities they gave actually they gave such hospital which even doesn't have on duty doctors a kind of hospital managed by the nurse although nurses are also so irresponsible and no care towards patient all that I can say is if any off you want to treat your piles aur any kind of anal problems please go directly through protocologist but don't ever trust pristyn care clinic (consultancy).

Dear All, It is purely money minded treatment only don't go any treatment. I am writing to bring to your notice the issues we faced following my father's knee replacement surgery in September 2023 at Apoorva Hospital, Visakhapatnam, which was done under Prystin Care's supervision. On the day of the surgery, neither the doctors nor the nurses identified that my father had suffered a brain stroke. Five days after discharge, we had to shift him to another hospital for treatment for the stroke. We were disappointed to find that the hospital lacked essential facilities, including the availability of a neurologist, which should be a basic requirement in such cases. Consequences of the Surgery: 1. To date, my father's knee is immobile, and he continues to experience severe pain. 2. The area around the knee has become infected. 3. Instead of resolving the knee issue, the surgery has resulted in further complications. My father is now bedridden, needing continuous support even for basic tasks like using the washroom. The total hospital bill of ₹280,000 was a huge amount for us, and yet, the outcome has been an We had hoped for a successful surgery that would improve my father's quality of life, but instead, his condition has worsesed. a once-healthy person, is now suffering due to the failure of the surgery and the complications that followed. Nice experience with Pristyn care with doc consultation and treatment. But they don't respond if you ask for clearance of paying expenses paid by you which covers under Pristyn policy to pay to insurer like fuel and food bill. This is really disappointing.

I have consulted the doctor who has correctly diagnosed my problem and advised laser procedure. He has completed the procedure successfully. I have consulted the doctor for follow up and he told me that everything is fine.
