⭐ Worst experience ever. The facility and management were extremely disappointing, both at the time of admission and especially during discharge. The patient was not being discharged on time due to issues related to the insurance claim, and we were repeatedly made to wait without any clear explanation. What was even more frustrating was that the staff kept giving each other’s names and blaming different departments instead of taking responsibility and providing a proper solution. There was a complete lack of coordination and communication between the clinic, insurance desk, and staff. During such a stressful situation, patients and their families need clear information, proper coordination, and timely assistance—not excuses and blame games. Very poor service, poor coordination, and extremely disappointing experience. Would not recommend this facility.

⭐ 1/5 — Very Disappointing Experience I had a very disappointing experience with Pristyn Care for my fistula treatment. I underwent fistula surgery through Pristyn Care on 17 October 2025, but unfortunately, the surgery was unsuccessful. The fistula tract did not heal completely. After that, Dr. Qaiser Jamal performed a re-surgery on 10 December 2025. Even after the second surgery, the healing process took more than three months, but the fistula tract still did not heal completely and I continued to experience pus discharge. During this entire period, I visited the doctor approximately 20–25 times for OPD follow-ups and wound examinations. OPD charges were applicable on every visit, which added significantly to my overall treatment expenses. Despite these repeated visits and payments, I was repeatedly told that the wound was healing properly. However, later, a Fistulogram X-ray showed a fistula tract of approximately 4.5 cm. This entire experience has caused me significant financial loss, physical discomfort, mental stress, and loss of time. I paid for two surgeries, repeated OPD consultations, investigations, medicines, and other treatment-related expenses, yet the problem was still not completely resolved. My personal suggestion to other patients: Please do thorough research, get proper imaging and consider taking a second opinion before deciding on fistula surgery, especially laser treatment. Based on my personal experience, I am not satisfied with the fistula treatment I received through Pristyn Care. I am sharing this review based on my personal treatment experience so that other patients can make a well-informed decision before choosing their treatment. For me, this treatment resulted in a significant loss of time, money, and peace of mind.
