If I could give Pristyn Care zero stars, I would. They operate like a high-pressure sales and marketing agency masquerading as a medical provider. They do not care about your health, safety, or well-being—all they care about is closing sales and taking your money. Here is my nightmare experience with them: Pristyn Care pushed me into a surgery, claiming it was urgent and necessary. it's been more than 6 months, my condition has severely worsened, not improved (despite promises of a 1–2 week recovery). I consulted top specialists at Max Hospital and Fortis Hospital, and both confirmed the surgery was never required in the first place! Even the operating doctor (Dr Vipul Parmar) eventually admitted the surgery was "not up to the mark." and suggested another surgery to fix first surgery. That was definitely a trap. Before the procedure, I was quoted ₹51,000. Post-surgery, I was handed a shock bill of ₹1,16,000 without prior notice. On top of that, they forced an undisclosed ₹5,600 fee at the hospital desk right before the operation. Despite repeated written and verbal assurances from their team (Lavakush Chauhan) that everything was settled via my insurance and no extra money was due, I recently discovered a ₹32,000 pending loan created in my name through my CIBIL report. No documentation, no notice, no transparency—just total damage to my credit score. Also, They changed the surgery hospital from Chandigarh to Panchkula at the absolute last minute, causing massive anxiety. Once the surgery was done, their representatives (including Mr. Lavakush) stopped taking calls, evaded accountability, and later claimed that Lavakush was terminated from the company and their team said all the information he conveyed to us before the surgery was false. Pristyn Care provides zero post-op care, zero transparency, and zero accountability. Their doctors and staff function as sales targets reps, not medical professionals. Save yourself from physical harm, financial distress, and endless emotional agony—DO NOT use Pristyn Care.
