Had a very good experience at this hospital. The doctors and staff specially miss Aaliya Parween were very helpful, caring, and professional. The treatment and overall care were excellent. The hospital was also clean and well-maintained. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If I could rate Pristyn Care zero stars, I would. They operate purely as a high-pressure sales machine posing as a healthcare provider. They have zero regard for patient well-being, safety, or medical ethics—their only focus is closing deals and milking money out of vulnerable people. Here is my nightmare experience with them: Pristyn Care coerced me into having a surgery, insisting it was urgent and necessary. Over 6 months later, my condition has drastically worsened rather than healing within the promised 1–2 weeks. I sought second opinions from top specialists at Max Hospital and Fortis Hospital, and both explicitly confirmed that the surgery was completely unnecessary! Worse yet, the operating surgeon himself (Dr. Vipul Parmar) eventually conceded that the procedure was "not up to the mark" and recklessly recommended *another* surgery to repair the damage from the first—a total medical trap. Financially, they tricked us completely. I was initially quoted ₹51,000, but post-surgery, they slammed us with an unexpected bill of ₹1,16,000. On the day of the procedure, they also ambushed us at the hospital desk, demanding an unannounced ₹5,600 payment before allowing the surgery to proceed. Despite explicit written and verbal promises from their team representative (Lavakush Chauhan) that our insurance payout covered everything and no balance was owing, I recently checked my CIBIL report and discovered an unauthorized ₹32,000 outstanding loan registered under my name. Zero documentation, zero warning, zero transparency—just severe damage to my credit profile. To top it off, they shifted the surgical location from Chandigarh to Panchkula at the very last minute, causing tremendous stress. Once the operation was completed, their representatives (including Mr. Lavakush) began disconnecting calls, behaving rudely, and ghosting us. Later, Pristyn Care brushed off all responsibility by claiming Lavakush was fired and that all information he gave us prior to surgery was false. Pristyn Care provides zero post-operative care, zero transparency, and zero accountability. Their staff and doctors act like commission-driven sales reps rather than healthcare professionals. Protect yourself from physical harm, financial ruin, and emotional trauma—DO NOT use Pristyn Care.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hospital on 20 June 2026. My surgery was scheduled through Pristyn Care and I was first asked to report to a hospital in Kharar at 11:00 AM. After reaching there, I was suddenly informed that I had been shifted to this partner hospital “Kare Partner” in Sector 26, Panchkula. Upon arrival, I was admitted, blood samples were taken, and all pre-operative formalities were completed. My surgery was scheduled for 2:00 PM and later postponed to 3:00 PM due to the transfer. However, even by 5:00 PM there was no sign of the surgeon and no clear communication regarding the delay. What made the experience worse was the lack of basic patient care. From around 12:30 PM till evening, despite repeated requests, I was not provided simple amenities such as slippers or a hand towel. There was no call-bell facility in the room, forcing me to walk to the reception multiple times while attached to an IV drip just to seek assistance. The most disappointing aspect was the attitude displayed when these concerns were raised. Instead of addressing the issues, I was allegedly told by Opeartion Head Mr Manav that if I expected such facilities in room , I should go to hospitals like Max or Fortis. Such a response to a patient awaiting surgery is neither professional nor acceptable. As the hours passed without any information regarding my procedure, I repeatedly requested to be discharged and allowed to leave the hospital. However, despite my surgery having been scheduled for 2:00 PM, there was no sign of the surgeon and no clarity regarding the surgery even by around 6:30 PM. It was only after I informed the hospital staff and Pristyn care team over the call that I would be compelled to seek assistance from the police and bring the matter to the attention of the media if I was not allowed to leave that I was finally permitted to exit the hospital. The sequence of events and communications can be independently verified from the WhatsApp chat history maintained during the entire episode. Patients may understand that delays can occur, but there is no justification for poor communication, lack of basic facilities, and an insensitive approach towards someone who has been admitted for surgery. Based on my experience, the hospital needs significant improvement in patient care, communication, and overall management. ⭐ 1/5
