I had inquired about treatment through Pristyn Care Raipur and received a call from a representative named Rajeshvaree. During our initial conversation, I informed her that I was currently out of Raipur and would be back in 2–3 days. Later, I noticed a missed call from her and called back. At the beginning of the conversation, I politely informed her that I was busy at the moment and would get back to her when I had more time. Instead of responding professionally, she questioned me by saying, “If you’re busy, why did you call back? I don’t call people back when I’m busy.” I was surprised by both the tone and the comment. I had only returned the missed call as a courtesy and to avoid keeping the representative waiting. Being busy does not mean someone cannot take a brief call or politely inform the other person that they are unavailable for a detailed discussion. What concerned me most was not the follow-up itself, but the rude, dismissive, and confrontational manner in which I was spoken to. As a prospective patient, I expected basic courtesy, understanding, and professionalism. Instead, the interaction felt disrespectful and completely uncalled for. First impressions matter, especially in healthcare. Based on this experience alone, I have decided not to proceed with Pristyn Care and will never consider taking treatment through them. If this is how potential patients are spoken to before they even become customers, it raises serious concerns about the company’s approach to patient care and customer service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that representatives are trained to communicate with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
