Her behavior towards the patient was extremely rude and arrogant. Patients undergoing surgery often have understandable concerns and questions, and it is important to address them with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Unfortunately, she was unwilling to answer even simple questions without being dismissive or agitated. Such conduct was completely unnecessary and caused additional distress to my father during an already stressful time. I hope greater emphasis is placed on treating patients and their families with the respect and compassion they deserve.
