Visited the hospital after taking appointment on phone for ear wax removal.The doctor prescribed ear drops before cleaning.She told me to get it from the pharmacy on ground floor but the same was not available there.I was asked to go to the market and buy from the chemist shop.This is very rediculous.Firstly it should be avilable with the ENT doctor but it was not avilable i their pharmacy.I don’t recommend anyone to visit this hospital.

I called at midnight to confirm availability of a medicine, it is clearly mentioned that this is the number of Pharmacy and not the hospital still a lady picked up my call and after requesting two times politely to connect me to the Pharmacy and even after telling her my name she didn't. She wanted to know my location, I don't know what kind of administration is this wherein they want each and every detail of someone calling on their Pharmacy number. I hope they understand that not everyone likes to disclose all their details over phone that too for just confirming the availability of a particular medicine!
