I had a really positive experience with my surgery and treatment here. From the very beginning, the entire process was handled professionally and smoothly. I was quite nervous and anxious before the procedure, but the way Dr. Sharma explained everything and handled the situation made me feel completely comfortable. Because of his calm approach and expertise, everything went smoothly and the procedure was completed much sooner and more comfortably than I had expected. I would also like to appreciate the coordinator(Mr. Jai Shukla), who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They assisted me with scheduling, coordination, the insurance claim settlement process, and all the other formalities, making the overall experience much easier and hassle-free. The entire staff was cooperative and supportive throughout my stay. I truly appreciate the care, professionalism, and kindness shown to me before, during, and after the surgery. I was checked by Dr Piyush Sharma in last week of September for a possible laser treatment. He attended well and explained the entire procedure in detail, after examining me. I was quite impressed with his approach and professionalism. I was advised PAC for laser surgery, unfortunately due to my co-morbid condition, I am not able to undergo surgery as of now.
