That hospital are doing froud with there patient, 1st they have get all approval for our cashless insurance company one day before of surgery at the time of entry of your patient they ask for ragistration fee which is on 07-oct-2026 next day means today 08-oct-2026 we are expecting the discharge and the discharge time was 10:00 am but they hold my father in there hospital room which is patient there they want my father wait for 10 hours for just discharge formalities and then after 10 hours of wait they said to staf make sure the patient don't get out from hospital because they ask for more money after 10 hours of waiting ... this is totally harassing ... perhaps they told there staff to insure no one going outside the hospital for this they arange 8 to 10 bouncers i mean seriously are they running hospital or running any extortion or kidnapping company , once your every thing is done after your cashless insurance bill payment all done with they get extra amount because that surgery amount was asking for Rs. 20,000 and they get Rs.36,000 plus our registration fee which around Rs.2000 when we ask the staf why you get extra from from insurance bill then they told me they always send bill for extra amount because if they cut some amount then still are in geting plus amount so that patient will not bare any extras amount but they doing froud with there patient and the same time with the insurance company of Rs 38,000 againts of Rs 20,000 they still asking for extra amount which Rs 4,500 for this amount they hold may father in hospital as hostage its totally means they are not running hospital they running a gang and doing extortion, if the extra amount not paid they are not doctors or something they are extortionist, the doctor which he suggest the same hospital they also get some extras amount thats why and the doctor who are support that kind of extortionist hospital they are doing this kind of bad activity, the doctor name is m Dr. Yanshul rathi ji, we always respect the doctors and surgery experts but after this they treat my father no one trust the doctors and nurses and surgeons, because of not paying the additional extortion amount they will hold my father (patient) as hostage, ask for more money because of this they treat there patient as a harassing after the wait for 10 hours in hospital we have to paid they extortionist for rest more amount which they ask for... after this final amount paid they get Rs 43,000 against of Rs 20,000 have paid extras for asking againt they get two times plus amount this is not fare at all... i have call recording as a proof where the doctor Yanshul rathi and there receptionist and there sales guy where they discussed with us all amount in details before the admit there ,which we showing with there irda for insurance and WHO and consumer cell and PWO, M.S and GRC and further for sure because they torcher my father (Patient) which is not tolerable at all. Please think twice once you ther for any medical treatment or surgery.

The hospital is really not good poor behaviour of staff and I went here for my operations and I book semi private room but room condition is worst rats are even roaming near my bed I will never recommend such hospital to anyone. Even my operation is not that big first they told me that my one day surgery will take 30 thousand but they made unnecessary bills. Please to all the people please see some other hospitals

I had my gallstone surgery on 14 September at Pristyn Care – Elantis Hospital, Lajpat Nagar, Delhi, by Dr. Piyush Sharma. I had a very good experience. Dr. Piyush Sharma was polite, supportive, and gave proper guidance. Special thanks to Iqra Khan for her continuous help and guidance before and after the surgery. Mr. Bipin and the hospital staff were also helpful and caring. Overall, a good experience with Pristyn Care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

During my recent experience at Pristyn, I observed several serious gaps in hospital operations. For example, anesthesia checks and oxygen level , BP and other check up were not performed at least 2–3 hours before the scheduled OT. When I asked about this, the response was that since I was coming from Spectra, it was assumed everything would be fine. However, no pre-checks were conducted from admission until surgery. Had the hospital staff performed these checks, they would have identified issues such as low oxygen levels and high blood pressure in advance and taken corrective measures before surgery. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated concern—other patients have raised similar complaints. It appears that Pristyn is operating without proper SOPs/PNPs for patient care, including mandatory pre- and post-surgery evaluations. Nursing staff also lack confidence in their duties, and the hospital facilities, including cleanliness and hygiene, are below acceptable standards. These shortcomings highlight the urgent need for a dedicated Healthcare Manager who can ensure compliance with protocols, improve staff training, and maintain hygiene and patient safety standards. I strongly recommend immediate action to address these issues, as they directly impact patient outcomes and trust in the hospital. If I had chosen Apollo Spectra, I would not have faced these difficulties. The surgery could have been completed smoothly, and I would not have incurred additional expenses. Unfortunately, I now feel embarrassed in front of my family and mother, who questioned why I did not continue at Apollo Spectra, especially since the initial procedure was done there. They also witnessed the difference in service quality between the two hospitals. At Pristyn, the situation was disappointing. The hospital does not even have an ICU, which was the reason given by the doctor for not proceeding with the surgery. I trusted your assurance that all necessary facilities would be available, but that trust was misplaced. This experience has highlighted serious gaps in patient care, infrastructure, and communication. It is essential that these issues be addressed urgently to restore confidence and ensure patient safety
