The hospital facilities and medical care were good, and I am satisfied with the treatment provided by the hospital staff. However, my experience with Pristyn Care's support services was extremely disappointing. Before hospitalization, their team was very responsive and readily available to assist with queries and coordination. Unfortunately, the level of support changed significantly after the hospitalization process was completed. Once the commission was received, it became very difficult to get any assistance from their support team. Calls often went unanswered, and follow-up requests were ignored. This lack of post-hospitalization support created unnecessary frustration at a time when patients expect continued guidance and assistance. Based on my experience, while the hospital itself delivered good service, Pristyn Care's customer support after the payment process was highly unsatisfactory and needs significant improvement.

I took my sister here and they dont care about personalized treatment. They give the most expensive procedure first when there are alternative. Also unnecessary tests. They will fool many naive patients but as someone with medical background, I understood what is needed and what isnt needed. I felt scammed so I took her to another hospital..they give her the exact treatment she needed without unnecessary alternative and tests

I had an amazing experience with Arshad, the medical consultant, who guided and supported me throughout my surgery and hospital arrangements. He was extremely helpful, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The hospital and its services were also excellent—the staff was supportive, the arrangements were well managed, and the overall experience was very good. My overall experience with my ear surgery at Pristine Care Hospital was satisfactory in terms of the medical treatment on date 27/07/26, but the hospitality and patient care need significant improvement. Some members of the nursing staff appeared to lack proper training in patient etiquette. Nurses frequently entered the room without knocking, which affected privacy. During the night shift, the room door was sometimes left open after staff exited, causing discomfort. Additionally, doctors were not easily accessible for post-surgery queries, requiring patients to visit the concerned doctor directly for clarification. Improving communication, staff professionalism, and patient-centered care would greatly enhance the overall experience. Regards Mursheed Alam

MUST READ... DON'T RVEN THINK TO COME HERE Worst hospital experiences I have ever had, TOTALLY FRAUD If I could give zero or negative stars for the management and billing department, I would. The Good: The nurses and support staff were incredibly nice, caring, and professional. They are the only good thing about this hospital. The Bad: The billing department and management are running a predatory money-making scheme. At the time of admission, the billing desk and my mediator, Nawaz, explicitly promised me a zero-expense, fully cashless surgery. However, they generated a heavily inflated bill to drain my corporate insurance, double-charging for room services and OT consumables that should already be bundled. The surgeon's fees were absurdly inflated as well— Their billing practices are wildly unethical. They billed for Anesthesia and OT Charges (charging nearly ₹33,000 just for the OT and anesthesia) using a generic "up to 10" cap, even though I only had 4 lipomas removed! they charged ₹45,000 for the removal of just 4 lipomas. For context, the exact same surgeon charges only ₹32,000 at Apollo (a premium hospital) for 37 lipomas! When my insurance TPA rightly rejected their duplicate "non-medical" overhead charges, the hospital forced me to pay ₹6500 out of pocket to process my discharge. To make matters worse, Nawaz completely disappeared and offered zero help when the billing dispute happened, and the hospital unnecessarily delayed my entire discharge process for hours. Do not trust their "cashless" promises. They will inflate the bill and extort the rejected balance from you before they let you leave.
