We had undergone treatment and IVF under the experienced hands of Dr Neelima Gupta ma'am.. Both me and my husband are doctors and we were fully aware of the limited chance we had at parenthood because of medical reasons but with God's grace and thanks to ma'am's support and clinical acumen throughout the journey, we welcomed a baby boy into our family. Just words are not enough to thank her.. ?
Absolutely unprofessional. She is never on time expect to wait up to 3 hours, even if you’ve traveled from far away like I did from Chandigarh every week. It became painfully obvious she has zero respect for other people’s time. Worse, she insists on cash payments only,no receipts, no cards, no record,clearly trying to avoid any accountability. There’s no transparency in how she operates. And as for the guidance? Completely vague and unhelpful. It felt like a money grab, not a professional service. If you value your time, money, and basic professionalism, avoid at all costs
