@pristyncare_surgeries @pristynscam I am extremely disappointed with how my case has been handled. I am repeatedly being asked to pay an amount that was supposed to be covered/settled through my insurance. I was clearly told before my surgery in 2020 by your representative that the insurance would cover the cost and that I would not have to pay anything. If the claim was later rejected, that should have been verified with the insurance company before demanding payment from me. More seriously, your representative disclosed details about my 2020 surgery to my wife by calling her personal number. I never authorised anyone to disclose my medical information to a third party. Stop the repeated calls, verify the matter with the insurance company, explain how my wife's number was obtained and why my confidential medical information was disclosed. I expect a proper written explanation and investigation. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to the hospital, insurance provider and appropriate authorities and will go legal. I would not have gone through the surgery through you if I would have to pay. This is harassment and a mental torture. I would have not gone through the surgery if I had to pay.

Beware of Fraudulent Billing and Misleading Insurance Traps! Pristyn Care and Maheshwari Hospital (Rohini) committed severe financial fraud during my fistula surgery. Their coordinator, Mr. Sumit, explicitly assured me a 100% cashless procedure with zero out-of-pocket expenses (I have undisputed audio recordings of this assurance). Based on this trap, they stealthily activated a Care.fi (Prateek Securities) loan of INR 79,989.To hide this loan from my insurance company, the hospital generated a fraudulent final invoice marking the loan disbursement as a "CASH" payment! Furthermore, due to the hospital's severe operational negligence—specifically failing to submit my mandatory MRI report—the insurance company deducted INR 36,687, approving only INR 59,686 (which Care.fi has already recovered from my account). Now, Pristyn Care is illegally withholding my Loan Closure and NOC, aggressively demanding that I pay the remaining shortfall of INR 20,303 caused entirely by their billing manipulation and negligence. I have officially escalated this matter to the co-founders (Harsimarbir, Dr. Vaibhav, Dr. Garima). Avoid Pristyn Care at all costs if you value your hard-earned money and mental peace! My honest review is that they seem to be running it like a business and treating patients as customers. One of my friends got caught in this situation and is still undergoing treatment. Overall, the Pristyn Care experience is disappointing, especially after paying such a high amount. Before starting the treatment, we were informed that all follow-ups were included in the package. However, they are now asking for additional charges for follow-ups, stating that their policy has changed from 2026. This reflects poor communication and a lack of professionalism. It raises concerns about whether this is a healthcare service or a membership-based business. I have a cae history of my patient if they will not take a serious I will post in all social media platforms even in YouTube and instagram.

Extremely poor management and services. Poonam, Manoj and Irfan are the most ridiculous persons i have ever seen in my life. Their job is to manage everything and assure welfare of their clients/patients. On the contrary, they just want to extract money from us. Also, their surgical centre : maharaja agrasen (dwarka) is worst. Don’t fall into their money making trap. They play with your health and money both. First they will tell you the wrong claimed amount and then make a bill with unnecessary charges. Even after getting paid and approved by insurance company hours before. They will not let you leave early. Their process is very slow and unorganised. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING. This poonam will keep assuring you that she will handle everything. She doesn’t know a thing. Just keeps on manipulating people who have health issues.

Worst experience ever ?– don’t ever take their services, especially if you have health insurance. In the beginning, they will guide you sweetly and make everything sound easy. But the moment it comes to payment and discharge, their real face shows. They will deliberately delay your discharge to keep you stuck in the hospital just so they can claim extra money from your insurance. My bill was only ₹18k for a surgery, but both the company and the hospital they allotted kept dragging the process to inflate costs. Save yourself the stress and harassment. No one should take their services, ❌otherwise you will regret it ‼️‼️
