@pristyncare_surgeries @pristynscam I am extremely disappointed with how my case has been handled. I am repeatedly being asked to pay an amount that was supposed to be covered/settled through my insurance. I was clearly told before my surgery in 2020 by your representative that the insurance would cover the cost and that I would not have to pay anything. If the claim was later rejected, that should have been verified with the insurance company before demanding payment from me. More seriously, your representative disclosed details about my 2020 surgery to my wife by calling her personal number. I never authorised anyone to disclose my medical information to a third party. Stop the repeated calls, verify the matter with the insurance company, explain how my wife's number was obtained and why my confidential medical information was disclosed. I expect a proper written explanation and investigation. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to the hospital, insurance provider and appropriate authorities and will go legal. I would not have gone through the surgery through you if I would have to pay. This is harassment and a mental torture.

Medical Negligence = Pristyn care. I recently used their services for a simple corn removal procedure of my mother. The hospital that they have tied up with was pathetic. We weren't told that anaesthesia will be administered. No no pre-op briefing. Hence, my mother ate something (which is risky) since we thought it would be a day care procedure. There was no post-op briefing and hence my mother had some post-op issues as well due to lack of communication between these two parties. Hospital says it was Pristyn care's responsibility to do so. This could be considered as medical negligence and I will put Pristyn care responsible. Wouldn't use them again and neither recommend anyone to as well. When it comes to health, please don't risk it with them.

I had a very good experience at Pristyn Care health centre. I would specially mention the name of there Excutive Mr. Sonu Verma he was the one who attended to all my queries about my Hernia surgery at Pristyn Care Elantis hospital, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi. I am overwhelmed by Mr. Sonu verma professional approach. He is a kind hearted, decent professional who tried to address all my issues regarding Surgery. He helped me in all ways from getting admitted in hospital as well as getting discharged. I wish him all the success in his career. Keep it up Sonu Verma. Thanks and Regards Sandeep Davies

Extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent surgery experience with Pristyn Care. As a patient who entrusted Pristyn Care with my healthcare, I expected a certain level of professionalism, care, and competence, which unfortunately was sorely lacking throughout my entire ordeal. The communication between Pristyn team and me was abysmal. Also, I received incorrect and inflated bills and they have highly unprofessional staff.

Very bad experience from Delhi ...done my surgery with pristyn care and post surgery coordination with CS team was too worst .Due to negligence of Dr .Amrita Singh had to undergo another surgery with a month . experienced night mare for trusting pristyn care they are least bothered for patients only interested in getting the commercial part completed . Please don't trust them at all .

I was been mentally harrased by these people. They are so rude and wearing super negative attitude. Their aim is not at all to arrange quality treatment at reasonable rates, rather their aim is to maximize their commision at any cost. In short, they are just a commision agent, doesn't understand the meaning of meaningful services/ treatment.

My experience Pristyn care has been quite satisfactory. There were some moments of dissatisfaction, but most of the time they helped me a lot. I underwent a surgery for Pilonidal sinus. So let's just break the review in 3 parts: pre-surgery, during surgery, post surgery. 1. Pre-surgery experience was great! I was guided for everything. The contact person Arshad booked the appointments and I was admitted to DHLI because Arshad, after going through my insurance details, found that I was getting complete cashless treatment from there. 2. After admission, I found that things weren't as promised. They booked a cab for me, which was supposed to come at 11, but it was 40 minutes late. It was alright. We went there, filled the forms and everything, and the hospital took around 3 hours to get me admitted. I got a call from Pristyn care, from Deepti, and she said that she'll be in touch with me throughout the time that I'm in hospital and she will look after everything. But when I was not getting admitted after that long, I called her, she didn't pick up, twice. I called Arshad, and he said that he'll get back to me in 10 minutes, which he didn't. I was promised by Arshad that I'll get the MRI and surgery done on the same day I was admitted in the hospital and will be discharged the next day. But to my surprise, there was no surgery booked for me on that day as per the hospital. The surgery was booked for the next day and I had to stay in hospital for that day for absolutely no reason!! No MRI was done too! Till this time, one more person from Pristyn care, Abhay, came to visit me in the hospital. He came to me and mh family, we were obviously very angry because of all that, so he just listened to us, and apologized for everything, repeatedly. He seemed to be a nice guy and he told us everything clearly. Now since I was admitted, so I had to stay in the hospital. Abhay said that they'll take me for MRI at 7 in the morning and surgery will start at 1 and I'll be discharged by next morning before 12. They took me for MRI at 8:40. The surgery took place at 2:30. And then I was shifted to my ward by 5. In the meantime, Abhay was sometimes available on the call and sometimes not. The surgery went well, and I had no pain after the anesthesia effect was over. 3. Post surgery: Next morning Abhay came to the hospital at 9:30 but the billing took them a long time and it was sent to the insurance company at 1 and the clearance took again a lot of time and I was discharged from the hospital at 5 in the evening. And they again booked a cab for me to return home. The doctor told me that I had to visit him for the dressing for atleast a week one day after the surgery. So I asked Abhay for the appointment, but the doctor was not available. And after sometime, Abhay was unavailable too. I was then given a new number for post surgery consultations by Arshad and I booked an appointment through that and then went to doctor. It's been 4 days since my surgery and I'm going for the dressing daily now, which is free of cost from them. So, overall, it was satisfactory, a 3/5 star work, from the company. May be it was because there wasn't just 1 person who could look at everything for one patient. At the end I was getting confused of whom to contact of the 4 numbers I had by then. I was misguided, then told the truth, but things just got delayed anyways! Would I recommend Pristyn care to anyone else? Surely! They helped me greatly in certain ways. But I'll explain my experience and tell them that stick to one person and keep in continuous touch with them till the end! Thank you.
