@pristyncare_surgeries @pristynscam I am extremely disappointed with how my case has been handled. I am repeatedly being asked to pay an amount that was supposed to be covered/settled through my insurance. I was clearly told before my surgery in 2020 by your representative that the insurance would cover the cost and that I would not have to pay anything. If the claim was later rejected, that should have been verified with the insurance company before demanding payment from me. More seriously, your representative disclosed details about my 2020 surgery to my wife by calling her personal number. I never authorised anyone to disclose my medical information to a third party. Stop the repeated calls, verify the matter with the insurance company, explain how my wife's number was obtained and why my confidential medical information was disclosed. I expect a proper written explanation and investigation. If this is not resolved, I will escalate the matter to the hospital, insurance provider and appropriate authorities and will go legal. I would not have gone through the surgery through you if I would have to pay. This is harassment and a mental torture.

Very disappointing experience with Pristyn Care. They kept changing the hospital at the last minute without informing me proactively—I had to keep calling for updates. I was made to wait 6–7 hours for insurance approval and another 6 hours for discharge due to their poor coordination. Despite promising a private room, I was kept in a general ward. They also promised cab pick-up and drop but later refused to reimburse the return journey on an unreasonable technicality. The coordinators who called repeatedly before the surgery became completely unresponsive afterward when I needed help with reimbursement and post-hospitalization queries. The doctor and hospital were good, but Pristyn Care's coordination, communication, and customer service were highly unprofessional. I would not recommend their services.

Don't trust them at all, their co-ordinator runs a complete scam , first he told me that your surgery will be covered in health insurance claim and asked me to come hospital for surgery, after admission he said that claim is not possible. So I told him to not to go for surgery on cash payment but he asked for 12000 rupees to leave the hospital( he talked like a "Gunda" asking for ransom.). So I had to agree for surgery on cash payment, he also gave some false information regarding surgery anesthesia,. recovery period.

Horrorable experience. Don't go to pristyn care if you have insurance. Directly consult the hospital. Fake promise. Overbilling to insurance company. Under estimating price Extra 3k doc fee. Almost all reviews not true due to review are at the time of hospitalization. But at time the discharge you face the main problem claim delay, not full claim etc
