Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. This is honestly one of the most pathetic experiences I’ve ever had with a doctor. The rude behaviour, lack of basic manners, and complete disregard for the patient were unacceptable. A patient deserves to be treated with respect, patience, and professionalism—not arrogance and disrespect. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before choosing this doctor.

Dr. is good, Pristyn services very bad poor , frasteting . 1st they told, not pay any amount they cover with my insurance team. But after my oeration , They give so high bill, just double bill, and so company was 1st paid 50000/- & they forced me to pay half pending amount from me. Thay also took 2000/- more for adimition , entry time. so I was cheated which was not good very bad.

I'm happy with treatment fm Dr.Rakesh Kumar, who is caring, sensible, experienced and good health mentor. 5 Star to Doctor, but 2 star to Pristyn for below reasons. Pristyn should improve below :- 1) Misguided by Pristyn Customer Care Executive in pre-consultation. They just try to convince patients to get ready for treatment irrespective of knowing d intensiveness of any diseases. Their approach towards disease is very light. 2) If insurance claim process is to b managed by Patient/Insurance agent, it should b intimated in advance to avoid delay in process. We were assuming that post claim wl also b managed by Prishth, just like pre-authorization for cashless treatment was managed by Pristyn 3) In absence of experienced mediator fm Pristyn, substitute person should be properly trained to manage all d documentation work which is in their scope. 4) As per insurance company and our agent, all documents (after 1st review) submitted after 6 pm only I.e. 2:15 hrs.delayed after first initial request, which delays d final claim process. 5) There should b clear communication for all type of instructions/scope of work 6) Actual bill was more than 60% higher, when they had talk with us before treatment. It was really worst experience and never expected!
