Grea experience. Unfortunately!
Good experience
Guys please read this review before you plan your patient to get treated with pristyn care They call themselves a brand but according to my personal experience they are nothing just a scam They promised me to treat my wife with a package of 1 lakh 20 thousand She had stone in her gall bladder and it got stuck in her common bile duct They first charged me 50000 for ERCP where they treated my patient and said to deposit 6000 so that they can book further surgery within the package discussed earlier We met with dr piyush who are supposed to perform further surgery and advised us to wait for few weeks and also said they will perform another ERCP to remove the stone from common bile duct where they will charge me the same amount of 50000 but there will be no surety that they will remove the stone so I said I have already my package booked for 1 lakh 20 thousand and I will not pay extra 50000 because I don't have it They refused to see my patient and said if you can get your patient treated with less money then it's up to you So I decided to ask them to give my 6000 back but one of their cordinator named manjeet abused me over phone and threatened me to death which was so unprofessional My patient was in pain and they took advantage of it I had such a really bad experience with them I will never suggest anyone to go to pristyn care
