My experience was very disappointing. The recovery team was unprofessional and rude in their communication. I received repeated demands for different amounts without proper clarity or written confirmation. Despite my attempts to resolve the matter, I felt unnecessarily harassed through frequent calls, messages, and legal notices. Better transparency, clear communication, and respectful customer handling are strongly needed.

Doctor was good but coordinator service is very bad .they can pick up call after admission and time of discharge.

I underwent treatment with Pristyn Care based on the commitment of cashless treatment and complimentary to-and-fro cab facility. However, after the procedure, I was charged additional unexpected amounts. Moreover, the return taxi facility that was promised was not provided. Mr. Rahul, who was the assigned coordinator, was supportive before admission but became completely unresponsive afterward. He did not pick up my calls regarding the return cab arrangement, which caused significant inconvenience and distress during a sensitive time. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I request a proper explanation regarding the extra charges and reimbursement for the promised return cab service. Kindly look into this matter on priority and resolve it at the earliest.

Hello guys my name is vicky dobriyal i am from delhi lets talk about pristyn care services ..i would like to inform you that pristyn care is ok ok services also avrage not soo good or too poor Last time they gives me a brilliant services at there elantis hospital lajpat nagar . But this time with same hospital i am Tottaly disappointed And its all because of the staff last time staff was so good but this time not good and specially my cordinator MD AKHTAR this guy is disgusting i really want to inform pristyn care if you wants good review and trust of customers then fire this guy from the job he is tottaly cheap . I am calling him again again messaging again and again on whtsapp for discharge related query but he dsnt response a single time till now When i discharge my patient from my end then cab issue again i call him but not responding Very unprofessional guy i call him on Sunday bcz i was in hospital and i have a query he is telling me sir aaj sunday hai i cant help bcz its my week off what rubbish I requested to pristyn care plz do action on this guy

I would say just run away the moment they call you because they know the art of trapping you and leave you the moment you reach ot. Their sales girl Anshika Tripathi was rude and misbehaved with me while my mother was in OT. She downplayed the concerns around her bp and it shop up during the surgery. She insisted that i should go ahead with the surgery even when i told her her bp was high that morning. She stopped picking up my calls and later misbehaved when i confronted her. So i would say dont fall in their trap and just disconnect the call on their face.
