If you want good treatment and service never prefer pristyn care....no any type of bills and document file provide for mediclaim....pristyn care executive communicate up to payment clearance....after payment done no one are received call and support after surgery....so, never recommend to other patients.....
I strongly do not recommend going for any treatment through Pristyn Care. The hospital and doctors are good, but I highly suggest contacting them directly instead of going through Pristyn Care. I had a very unfortunate experience — they overcharged me by more than ₹20,000 compared to the actual hospital cost. Once they received the payment, they completely stopped responding. Their only focus is on money, not on patient care or support. If you’re planning to pay through insurance, please be careful. You may face issues during the claim process because of their inflated billing. I faced the same situation — even my insurance company confirmed in writing that the treatment was overcharged. Overall, I strongly advise against choosing Pristyn Care. Save yourself the stress and deal directly with the hospital or doctor instead.

Please don't go with prystine... They used your all mediclaim amount. They did not bother to explain everything to you properly. Doctors co-ordinators and the hospital all are fake and they are using you only for money... Please for any kind of surgery consult with your doctor n not to prystine.
Team of pristine doesn't response after surgery,I had surgery before 5 months but still is not recover I had always try to contact with but they never respond,I think I had wasted my time and money there thank you pristine, Very poor experience
