Fantastic experience there is no disadvantage or discomfort with pristyn care. And Rajeshwari asking about the review about the pristyn care experience. Her approach is very nice . And my co ordinator prasanth perumal totally calm and arrange all the requirement to me . So i have provide 5 stars.

I had a very good health care service from pristyn care. All the staffs dealt with me are very gentle talks, customer care oriented. I would like to recommend pristyn care as a prefered health service center for the people in pune.

Got a nasal Surgery done through a Pristyn Care doc ( in Blr), and overall, it was an 8.5/10 experience. The doc itself was quite amazing, no complaints. Pristyn Care assigns a personal rep throughout the process, which is quite helpful. There were a few hiccups - some info wasn't shared properly, there was delay in insurance processing, but very minor things and to be expected, honestly, in India. The best thing is I had to put in minimal effort - no contact with insurance company apart from just one call, appointments, Hospital room booking & all procedures were done by Pristyn Care rep, which was great. Some suggestions: pls stick to one Rep per patient - multiple reps somtimes end up confusing the patient. And information before the surgery can be shared better - what all is expected from patients, what is mandatory, etc - can all be shared in one go.
