I started a skin treatment at Pristyn Care, DLF Phase 3, Nathupur, Gurgaon in March 2025, paying ₹48,000 in 2 instalments. I received the service partially, up until May 2025. After that, I was told their machinery was under service and my next session was pushed back by a month. Given the repeated delays, I decided not to continue with the remaining treatment and requested a refund for the unused portion in July 2025. Since then, I have called and followed up multiple times over the past year. Every single time, I’ve been told the refund will be processed “within a week” — but it never has been. As of today, I still haven’t received a single rupee back. I’m now taking this to consumer court. If you’re considering this clinic, please go in with your eyes open about how they handle refunds — getting your own money back should not take over a year of begging.
