Here's a polished Google review you can post: I had a wonderful experience at Pristyn Care, Lamidas Hospital. My mother's gallbladder (gallstones) surgery was performed successfully by Dr. Piyush, and we are very grateful for his expertise and care. A special thanks to Robin from the administration team, who assisted us throughout the entire process—from admission to discharge. He was always helpful, supportive, and made everything smooth and hassle-free. The nursing staff was also very well-trained, caring, and attentive, ensuring my mother was comfortable during her stay. My mother is doing well now, and we are very happy with the treatment and services we received. I highly recommend Pristyn Care at Lamidas Hospital to anyone looking for quality healthcare. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent care and support!

Avoid this hospital and Pristyn Care if you value honesty, professionalism, transparency, and basic hygiene. My lipoma surgery itself was successful only because of the doctors and nursing staff. Everything else was an absolute disaster. The biggest disappointment was Pristyn Care Relationship Manager Sandeep Sharma, whose conduct was completely unprofessional. My insurance required a minimum 24-hour hospitalization, and I made it abundantly clear that I had an important personal commitment from 4-6 PM the following day. I repeatedly asked whether I would still be discharged by around 3:30 PM, and he repeatedly assured me that it would not be a problem. Based solely on those assurances, I agreed to proceed with the admission. Once I was admitted at around 7:30 PM, his phone was switched off. He became completely unreachable. After multiple follow-ups and considerable frustration, I finally got hold of him, only to be lectured about the very 24-hour rule that he had conveniently ignored while convincing me to get admitted. Not only did he fail to coordinate with the hospital, but he also refused to acknowledge his mistake or offer even a basic apology. I felt deliberately misled. The billing process was equally unethical. Despite having zero co-pay insurance, the hospital collected a ₹2,000 refundable deposit. I was explicitly told by Robin that if anything was not approved by insurance, it would simply be adjusted from this deposit. Instead, the final bill conveniently included: * Biomedical Waste Charges – ₹500 * Infection Control Charges – ₹1,500 Exactly ₹2,000. The administration openly admitted these charges would not be covered by insurance. It genuinely felt like the hospital had simply found a way to retain the ₹2,000 deposit by introducing miscellaneous charges. Charging patients separately for routine OT cleaning and fumigation after surgery is, in my opinion, completely unacceptable. By that logic, should restaurants also charge customers separately for washing plates and cleaning tables after every meal? The experience only got worse. Although I was promised a single room, I was initially placed in a shared room and then forced to wait almost three hours until another patient was discharged and the room was cleaned. This reflected complete lack of planning and coordination. The housekeeping standards were shocking. The bedsheet provided had stains and tears. The staff admitted that the stains were from the Ayurveda department. The housekeeping staff kept me waiting nearly 30 minutes just to arrange a clean bedsheet and towel. The bathroom still contained the previous patient’s used laundry and other belongings. For a hospital, this level of hygiene is simply unacceptable. To top it all off, the hospital wouldn’t even provide bottled drinking water unless I paid extra. After seeing the condition of the rooms, bedsheets, and bathrooms, I wasn’t comfortable consuming the hospital’s drinking water. I had to order bottled water through Blinkit while admitted. The only reason this review is not entirely negative is because of Dr. Anirudh, Dr. Himank, and Nurse Neha. They were professional, compassionate, and took excellent care of me. They deserve far better administrative support than what this hospital provides. Unfortunately, the administration, patient coordination, housekeeping, billing practices, and overall management completely overshadowed the quality of the medical team. This was one of the worst hospital experiences I have had. From false assurances and poor coordination to questionable billing practices and unhygienic conditions, almost every non-clinical aspect of this hospital was disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering treatment here to look elsewhere. There are far better hospitals that treat patients with honesty, dignity, transparency, and professionalism. Based on my experience, I would avoid this hospital at all costs.

My overall experience with Pristyn Care La Midas Hospital was quite good. Most of the staff were very helpful and caring. The hospital facilities are also very good. Special thanks to the day and night duty nurses for their excellent care. However, I had one concern – a male staff member on night duty did not close the cannula properly and left it open, due to which a significant amount of blood fell on the floor from my hand. This definitely needs improvement. Apart from this, the hospital and the rest of the staff provided a very positive experience.?
