Had a very disappointing experience with the clinic management. I had a confirmed follow-up appointment with Dr. Mannu Bora through Mr. Vansh and traveled all the way from Jaipur to attend it. However, just before reaching the clinic, I received a call from Mr. Shahid saying that the doctor is not available. This clearly shows a complete lack of coordination and respect for a patient’s time and effort. When I contacted Mr. Vansh, instead of accepting the mistake, he behaved in a very arrogant and dismissive manner. There was no accountability, no apology—rather, I was casually told to go elsewhere to meet the doctor. This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable, especially in a healthcare setting. It honestly feels like once the payment is done, patients are no longer treated with basic professionalism or respect. Such dishonest and irresponsible behavior from the management is highly disappointing. Would not recommend unless they seriously improve their coordination and patient handling.
