The doctor is good and professional, but unfortunately, the supporting team was a total disappointment. They were not cooperative or supportive, and due to their negligence, my insurance claim was badly affected. I now have to bear my treatment expenses myself despite having maintained insurance for the past 9 years. If you are taking treatment here under insurance, please be very careful and make sure all insurance formalities and documents are properly handled.
Overall very good experience. Surgery went well. Post surgery rehab is also fantastic. Dr Riya (Physiotherapist) is also very nice and supportive and had been of great help in this journey till now.
