Visited pristine just after entering the receptionist has more attitude than the doctor .. she thinks she is probably some IAS . What a shame . So unprofessional and rude attitude .

I am highly disappointed with the treatment and billing process. Even after one full day of treatment, the patient experienced no noticeable relief. The hospital charged ₹30,975/- for a single day ?, which seems excessively high compared to standard rates. ? Several unnecessary tests were conducted, increasing the overall cost. Additionally, charges were included for medicines that were never provided to the patient. The lack of transparency and poor value for money make this a very unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this hospital based on my experience. Not Recommended to anyone.!!!!!!!

Very bad experience by my side.I got a call from suman Pristyn Care and he discussed me regarding my problem and suggested me to visit the doctor and told me about the treatment . When I visited the hospital, Dr. Nikam informed me that I had a Grade 1 fissure and that it would heal with medication. Immediately after this, I received a call from Suman. She began trying to convince me to undergo surgery, arguing that my condition could worsen in the future and that, since I was currently insured, the claim would be covered. Consequently, I heeded her advice and underwent the operation. However, my situation deteriorated following the surgery; I did not, in fact, have a severe enough condition to warrant an operation, yet I was unnecessarily pushed into having one, and as a result, I am now facing significant distress.Furthermore, she initially told me that the cost of my medications would also be covered under my insurance. However, upon discharge, while the cost of the medicines was listed in the discharge summary, they charged me separately for it.

Terrible experience with Pristyn ? They misinformed me about cashless policy, saying I'd only pay 2k. Post-surgery, they claimed triple the bill amount and double the original bill, got passed by insurance, and then threatened me to pay deduction or stay in hospital. Pathetic service, This is medical business, not healthcare. Their staff was unhelpful and aggressive post surgery. I'm sharing my experience to warn others. Will post videos and reviews on social media once I'm better. Appalling response! ? Don't bother responding if you're not going to take responsibility. The number provided isn't even reachable.

Very Bad experience,They commited that you will be either not or minimum charged by hospital,if in case charged it will be within 2-3 K,but now hospital charged me 9k.No one is taking responsibility from There side ,so wi would recommend not to use these kind of mediator and go to hospital directly.

I am highly disappointed with the way this matter has been handled by your company. This concerns a major kidney removal surgery, and it is both my right and responsibility to seek opinions from multiple qualified doctors before proceeding. It was extremely unprofessional for your team to claim that I “disturbed” one of your Pristyn Care–affiliated doctors. In the past, I have taken medical services for myself and my father through Pristyn Care, with all payments—amounting to approximately ₹7.5 lakhs—being fully settled by my insurer. As a paying customer, I am entitled to consult with the associated doctors regarding my father medical condition and treatment options. If there is any confusion or dispute regarding this matter, I am prepared to escalate it directly to the company’s leadership, including Mr. Harsimarbir Singh, and I expect a proper, evidence-based response from your side. sincerely request that government authorities and medical insurance companies carefully review and verify any claims or payments processed through Pristyn Care. Based on my experience, Pristyn Care primarily acts as a mediator between patients, hospitals, and doctors, earning commissions from these arrangements rather than directly providing medical treatment or accountability. Strict oversight is necessary to ensure transparency and protect patients from potential exploitation.

I was planning for Catract Surgery for my wife and visited two three Ophthalmologists for consultation but in the mean time a phone call from Pristyn Care change my mind when Mr. Dheeraj told me (with full confidence) to please visit The Sight Avenue Sector 38 Gurgaon, before taking any decision for surgery and for this visit he book an appointment there. It was awesome experience when I stepped in at TSA. Mr. Dheeraj helped me at every step of all procedures and my wife's surgery gone very well at The Sight Avenue. I am thankful to Mr. Dheeraj and Pristyn Care for this seamless experience, whole process was done very smoothly. Wishing Dheeraj an extra mile in his career. One of the worst experiences- called at 9:30 and Mr Prashant Jha had picked up the call till now which is 11 AM- the appointment has not been booked It has been one of the worst experience ever - being in medical they need to understand things work on urgency basis, since 2 hours i have been just told - ma’am 5 minutes mein appointment book ho rhi hai- time lagta hai! Pathetic service completely - won’t recommend at all
