My experience with Pristyn Care has been deeply disappointing and, frankly, concerning for a company operating in the healthcare space. I was initially connected to their Business Development representative, Sandeep Sharma, who was extremely responsive and helpful during the pre-sales phase. However, the moment payment was made, his attitude changed completely — it was as though he had no recollection of us whatsoever. Post-surgery negligence: The surgery was performed by Dr. Prateek, and we were never briefed on critical post-operative instructions, including garment sizing — information that is essential for recovery. This is a basic medical responsibility that was simply ignored. Complete ghosting after discharge: Our package included cab pick-up and drop facility. Upon discharge, BD Sandeep Sharma became completely unresponsive — no replies to messages, no response to calls, nothing. For a patient who had just undergone surgery, this level of abandonment is not just unprofessional — it is dangerous. Denial of timely medical care: The dressing was scheduled 3 days post-surgery. When I reached out on Day 2 regarding the appointment, I was met with complete silence from the BD. Upon contacting the hospital directly, I was told they could not proceed without the BD scheduling the appointment — leaving my patient with no access to post-operative care through no fault of our own. Conclusion: Pristyn Care functions as a sales-driven company with little to no post-sales support. What makes this particularly alarming is that they operate in the medical industry, where negligence has real consequences on patients’ health and well-being. I would strongly caution anyone considering their services to think twice.
