Extremely poor experience and complete mismanagement I had a minor surgery at Pristyn Care Sheetla Hospital (New Railway Rd, Gurugram), and the service was totally unacceptable. Major issues I faced: Staff Handling Multiple Roles: The reception staff was also operating the X-ray machine, which is completely unprofessional and unsafe Clueless Staff: Despite only having 3 floors, the staff didn't even know where the ICU was while shifting me. ICU Negligence: The ICU staff didn't know my name or surgery details. I had to wait 30+ minutes just for a gown, which was torn. Poor Hygiene: Room curtains and surroundings were noticeably dirty. Careless Doctor Rounds: A duty doctor just asked "theek ho?" standing outside the room door without entering or checking my case details. Chaotic Discharge: No guidance at discharge; I had to run from counter to counter myself while the staff had no clue. Zero coordination and highly careless attitude toward patient care. Would not recommend!
