Absolutely pathetic service from Pristine. Person name is Anurag. He has absolutely no understanding of how to speak to or treat patients with basic courtesy and respect. His attitude was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Staff members who cannot communicate respectfully with patients should seriously reconsider whether they are suitable for a patient-facing role. Pristine management needs to take this kind of behaviour seriously and ensure that patients are not subjected to such unacceptable treatment again.
I underwent laser surgery for a fistula through Pristyn Care and paid around ₹1,16,000 for the treatment. The doctor who performed my surgery was very good, professional, and supportive throughout the process. However, my experience with the Pristyn Care coordinators/organizers was disappointing. Before the surgery, they promoted a Discounted consultation and followed up with frequent calls to convince me to proceed with the surgery. But after the surgery, they started charging for follow-up visits. As far as I know, follow-up consultations after surgery are generally provided free of cost at many other locations and hospitals. The medical treatment itself was satisfactory, but the overall management felt highly business-oriented rather than patient-focused. I would advise future patients to clearly confirm all consultation, follow-up, and post-surgery charges in writing before proceeding with treatment. Pros: Excellent doctor and successful surgery. Cons: Poor coordination, excessive sales follow-ups, and unexpected charges for post-surgery consultations.
