I went to pristyn care for my eye surgery first eye Dr Vishnu vahan did ,for my second eye I went to pristyn and checked on 10th oct 25,the surgery was fixed in kormangala Devi eye hospital,to find out at the time of surgery another Dr Sushama did my surgery without prior information, The worst part is they do he k up in indira nagar ,surgery in koramangala eye hospital,now I am asked to dp my post surgery check up in jayanagar(16 km from my house. I request the people reading this pls visit a eye hospital ,who have all the facility,dont get cheated by pristyn care. Pristyn care only do marketing after your surgery they dont even care.

Husna kouser here I'm here to appreciate 2 of the people I got as my doctor for my operation done successfully and care takers as well Dr Anjani Dixit and 2nd kiran sir From the beginning till the end every work done by kiran sir was very responsible and appreciable ? And obviously the Dr Anjani Dixit herself done her job very gratefuly Thanks to both of you people ☺️

I am writing to express my severe disappointment and frustration with the appalling level of service provided by your front office staff, particularly Ms. Almeena and her colleagues, during my recent visits to your facility. Specific Issues Encountered 1. Excessive Wait Time Despite having a confirmed appointment, I was forced to wait over one hour beyond my scheduled time without any prior notification or apology. This demonstrates a complete disregard for patients' time and commitments. 2. Lack of Basic Courtesy Ms. Almeena and the front office staff displayed shocking unprofessionalism, including: No acknowledgment of the extended delay Dismissive attitude when questioned about wait times Failure to provide basic updates on appointment status Lack of eye contact and engagement during interactions 3. Absence of Empathy The staff showed zero understanding or concern for the inconvenience caused to patients. There was no attempt to: Apologize for the delay Explain the reasons for the extended wait Offer any form of accommodation or alternative arrangements Demonstrate basic human compassion for patients' situations 4. Poor Training Standards It is evident that your front office team lacks fundamental training in: Customer service protocols Professional communication skills Appointment management systems Patient care standards Impact on Patient Experience This experience has: Caused significant inconvenience and stress Wasted valuable personal time Created doubt about the overall quality of care at your facility Left a lasting negative impression of Pristyn Care's service standards Healthcare is a service industry where patients are often vulnerable and anxious. Your front office staff are the first point of contact and represent your entire organization. Their current conduct is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on Pristyn Care's commitment to patient care. I trust you will treat this matter with the urgency it deserves and implement immediate improvements to prevent other patients from experiencing similar treatment.

It's an green channel for my wife treatment. Pristyn care has taken every responsibility to guide us and my wife treatment has done successfully and we got cashless tratment.

Useless service with no methodolgy in place , I have paid the surgery fee but , it is not updated in the system and every week different person calls and asks to share the receipt
