Unprofessional, disorganized, and completely disrespectful of patients' time. I booked an appointment through their website and spent two hours traveling to the facility, only to arrive and find no one there, at which point the staff casually informed me the doctor wasn't even available. A competent hospital notifies patients before they waste half their day traveling; this place clearly operates with zero accountability or care, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid it.

Honestly, such a good doctor is completely wasted at a place like Pristine Care. The doctor himself is excellent and highly knowledgeable, but the entire experience is ruined by the front desk. Instead of giving slot information, they keep asking irrelevant questions like why you need appointment etc., ask nonsense, give wrong information about doctor's availability, and give false promises that they will callback - which never happens. In the end you just don't get an appointment on time. It's sad that a doctor of this calibre has to consult from such a badly managed place. My sincere request to the doctor - please open your own independent clinic. With your expertise, you don't need Pristine Care. Patients like us would happily follow you anywhere just to avoid this front desk harassment. Right now, great doctor, worst possible place to consult him.

Please avoid him. He did not diagnose the issue properly, tried to scare us about sinitus, then tried to calm us about the benefits and responsiveness of surgery. He also referred us to get MRIs done only to scare us more. Their team called us multiple times post consultations across the year to push us for surgery, they kept calling to check for surgery. In our second opinion consultations, we found out everything was normal and there is nothing to worry about. Please avoid.

I had a disappointing experience with this doctor. He recommended a CT scan and insisted that I get it done at a specific diagnostic centre, claiming they followed a protocol unique to him. I ended up paying ₹3,800 for the scan, only to later find out that the same CT-PNS scan was available at other reputed diagnostic centres for way cheaper After reviewing the scan, the doctor immediately surgery for my sinusitis after just one week of medication which was going to cost me 75k. I wasn't comfortable making such a major decision so quickly, so I sought a second opinion from another ENT specialist. The second doctor advised against surgery and treated me with medication instead. My sinusitis was completely cured without any operation. He also mentioned Dr. Madhu Sudhan is well known for pushing everyone to get a surgery done and that's what happens in corporate hospitals. Going through the comments I can tell that most patients who visited him have gotten a surgery done which probably they didn't even require. Based on my experience, the surgery recommendation felt premature, and I regret not getting a second opinion before spending so much on the scan. I would strongly encourage anyone in a similar situation to seek a second opinion before agreeing to surgery or expensive investigations.
