I am very thankful to My Sumith who was our co ordinator when we visited prysten for ENT issue for my wife Mr Sumith is very systematic, customer oriented, his communication is very good. He fallow up with patient/ attender until the end of what planned to complete the cycle. Overall I canvas he is very resource ful person. We had a good experience with prysten while my wife got operated due to Nosal issue. Finally we can say that he stands highly significant in all respect.

I’m extremely grateful to Keshav, my Pristyn Care coordinator, for the wonderful support he provided throughout my treatment. From the very beginning, he was patient, reassuring, and always available to clarify even the smallest doubts. He handled all the coordination with the hospital smoothly and kept me informed at every step, which really eased my anxiety during a stressful time. What stood out the most was his genuine care and follow-ups — it never felt mechanical or rushed. Knowing that someone was taking responsibility and checking in on me made a huge difference to my overall experience. The location is wrong in Maps. They mentioned 24x7 care but they didn't attend the call at night and they call back after 2 days when I told this in call they immediately hanged up the call.

(Translated by Google) Dr.Surgeon is very good and fully informative. But company provided fraud service. Before surgery they said that total operation and procedure will be done in 63000 rs. After surgery they said that at the time of discharge payment of 7000 rs has to be made in the hospital. Then they asked to make the same payment at the scanner of Pristyn Care. After 14 days for stain removal Mrs. Jyoti Mam said that the patient will be given anaesthesia. 22000/- has to be paid for Uroscopy. They made me pay 20000/- through 3rd party via Pristyn Care. For stain removal they unnecessarily got me admitted in another hospital at 8:30 am. Sadly there was no information in the hospital. The same surgeon came to the hospital at 3:45 pm. And within a minute, the stain was removed. My wife didn't suffer any harm/pain. The doctor said this was normal. No uroscopy was needed. However, by scaring me and deceiving the patient's life, they made me take a loan of Rs 20,000 from a third party (EZFINANZ). Mr. Pranav Rastogi, a very helpful person. But I received the worst service from your company. Please don't deal with anyone like this. If you want to provide service, understand the customer's needs. Fir wohi payment pristyn care ke scanner pe karne bola. After 14 days stain removal ke liye mrs. Jyoti mam ne bola patient ko anastasia denge. Uroscopy ke liye 22000/- payment karne hai. Un necessary mujse 3rd party through 20000/- ka payment via pristyn care me kara diya. Stain removal ke liye unnecessary dusre hospital me 8:30 am ko admit karaye. Dukh ki bat hai ki hospital me koi information nahi thi. Same surgeon 3:45 pm ko hospital me aye. Aur within a minute stain removal kiye. Meri wife ko koi bhi nuksan/Dard nahi hua. Dr ne kaha yeh normal hai. Koi uroscopy ki jarurat nahi. Jabki muzhe darakar, patient ki jan ko dhoka kehkar muzhe 3rd party (EZFINANZ) se 20000 rs ka loan karwaya. Mr Pranav Rastogi very helpful person. But I got worst service in your company. Please request hai aise kisi ke sath n kare. Service provide karni hai toh Customer ki need samzo. Post surgery response is very poor by Pristyn Care team in arranging doctor appointment etc. Doctor treatment is very nice.
