Pristyn Care feels more like a consultancy service than a healthcare provider. Before getting an appointment, you first need confirmation on the availability of a specialist, who is often located at a completely different clinic or hospital rather than at the nearby Pristyn Care center. I am writing this review after experiencing frequent calls from the sales team every couple of days, repeatedly asking, "You have requested an appointment. Shall I book it at this location?" My concern is simple: why would a patient travel 15-20 km to another location for a consultation or follow-up checkup when there are several hospitals and clinics much closer? The constant follow-up calls, combined with the inconvenience of having specialists located far away, make the overall experience frustrating rather than patient-friendly.

My mother needed gall bladder stone removal operation. Mr. Shubham was highly helpful and instrumental in arranging for Doctor’s consultation, admission in hospital, smooth operation and seamless insurance settlement. We are extremely happy with Pristyn care and Mr. Shubham.

I went through a major surgery on 25th June and today stands 11th day of my surgery. I have not been scheduled any follow up check up the care circulator Deepika says that it’s not her responsibility to Schedule follow up. Pathetic experience from the team.

They say anything you want to hear until the surgery and then ghost you after that failing on their promises and no post surgery support. Stay away from these dishonest company.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Pristyn Care was so disappointing that I feel others should know before choosing them. I went through Pristyn Care for my kidney stone surgery because they promised me in writing that I wouldn't have to pay a single rupee before the surgery and that everything would be taken care of through insurance. I trusted them because of that promise. The reality was completely different. After the surgery, they refused to discharge me unless I paid ₹25,000. When I reminded them about their written commitment, it didn't matter. I had no choice but to pay. The insurance process was another nightmare. They initially submitted a higher claim amount, which the insurance company rejected. Then they had to revise and resubmit the claim, and because of this, I ended up wasting almost my entire day in the hospital waiting for the paperwork to be completed. This could have been avoided if the claim had been handled properly from the beginning. The hospital they referred me to, Medicover, made the experience even worse. They gave me a receipt that simply mentioned ₹25,000 with no itemized breakdown of what I was paying for. When I asked for a detailed bill, I was told, "This is what we have." I found that completely unacceptable. My biggest advice is this: don't choose a healthcare provider based on marketing promises. Find a good urologist or specialist who regularly practices at a reputed hospital. In my experience, Pristyn Care acted more like a middleman than a patient-focused healthcare service. This was a stressful, frustrating, and disappointing experience. I would not recommend Pristyn Care based on what I went through.

I did not realise that they are a third party organisation.. I thought Pristyn was a group of hospital. Today I realised that they are just dependent on other hospitals for service and I think they charge a commision. They called me today for a 15 minute procedure for an ingrown toenail Removal. I was consulted with a doctor yesterday and was called to the Sri Kauvery hospital in Marathahalli, Bangalore today. Arranged a pickup around 11.15 AM and advised that the discharge will be about 6 PM.. I agreed as I had other plans by 9 PM. Howeve

Please be very careful even if you just want to call them for enquiry! I just called for a regular enquiry around 3 months back and then started a series of harrassment calls and messages. I clearly told them I am not interested to go for any treatment, still it never stopped. Once when they again called me, I lost my cool, I disconnected and blocked the number and to my extreme shock some person started calling me and harrassing from his personal number, he even started WhatsApp calling me. I am going to report this to police very soon! Please be careful everyone!
