Pristyn Care feels more like a consultancy service than a healthcare provider. Before getting an appointment, you first need confirmation on the availability of a specialist, who is often located at a completely different clinic or hospital rather than at the nearby Pristyn Care center. I am writing this review after experiencing frequent calls from the sales team every couple of days, repeatedly asking, "You have requested an appointment. Shall I book it at this location?" My concern is simple: why would a patient travel 15-20 km to another location for a consultation or follow-up checkup when there are several hospitals and clinics much closer? The constant follow-up calls, combined with the inconvenience of having specialists located far away, make the overall experience frustrating rather than patient-friendly.

Dr. Sushama is a safe hand to get the surgery done. Overall the staff Ms. Riya and one more lady was very good. A very excellent experience. Would highly recommend.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Anuj Arora during my kidney stone treatment at Pristyn Care/Elantis Healthcare. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained the entire procedure and recovery process clearly. I underwent URSL with laser and DJ stenting, and the surgery was handled smoothly with proper care and confidence. My bro had kidney stone surgery in pristine elantis lajpat nagar Delhi They first told me about the complete package , but after surgery they charge me 75 thousand more when I denied they refused to discharge and their staff coordinator abused , harrassed me on call After all I paid more than my package and had very bad experience with them,❌ Pristyne is a big red flag

My mother got diagnosed with cataract in both of her eyes. So I contacted Pristyn Care for her treatment. I knew about Pristyn care earlier and had gone through a surgery myself with their help. So I called them for my mother’s treatment as well. I spoke to the coordinator Ms. Sapna Singh. She immediately explained me everything. She went ahead and scheduled appointment with one of the best doctors in Bangalore Dr. Suram Sushama. I went for a consultation and eye scanning. On the next day we planned surgery of one of the eyes. I am super happy with the result. I would recommend everyone to contact Pristyn Care at least once to see if they provide the service which they want to be done. The process was really smooth. Mu ch much much recommend.
