Worst casuality lady doctor and worst service. No parking available. High bills. If you go to casuality they force patents to do blood checkups and those having high rate. If we refused, the doctor tell the bystanders to write a letter that we refused the treatment. No facilities available and the charge is very high. The casuality lady doctor is very arrogant. The 4.3 ratings given is not real, bay that is a fake or previous Doctors hospital rating. Or may be the management not giving correct salary or low salary.

Very disappointing experience. I arrived at 9:45 pm and was still waiting for medication until 11:15 pm.On top of that, I was given medicine intended for another patient, which is a serious mistake. Is this the level of service a hospital should provide? Patients come for care and safety, not long delays and medication errors. I hope the hospital improves its procedures and ensures this does not happen again.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Pristyn Care, and I strongly advise against choosing them for your healthcare needs. The overall service delivery appears to be inconsistent and lacks proper coordination, which has caused inconvenience and concern.
