I took my wife for a small fever at 8 pm. - rude staff at the reception - they just want to upsell for everything - not at all comfortable, staff are not cooperative - no welcoming feeling, you feel cornered. - poor , sad service Please never visit this place. Money hungry people trying to rip people off in the name of Healthcare.

We had a bad experience visiting this hospital as my wife was the one who visited here last month.As part of the registration process,we made an online booking in which the one who was present at the reception and my concerned co-ordinator Mr.Pranav took extra charges than from the agreed registration fee.They promised us to refund it within two weeks but later when we called back to them,they ignored our request and was justifying that the amount they have charged on us was correct.Even their consultation fee is too high as compared to other hospitals.So i won't recommend anyone in visiting this hospital again.

I am writing on behalf of my daughter, Lilly, regarding an unfortunate experience we had with your hospital pharmacy. Lilly was brought to the hospital by her mother, my wife, due to cold and cough. After consultation, the doctor examined her and prescribed the necessary medicines. We then proceeded to the hospital pharmacy to collect the prescribed medications. While collecting them, we noticed that no cough syrup had been prescribed or dispensed, so we enquired about it. The pharmacist contacted the doctor for clarification. The doctor advised that if Lilly's cough did not improve, we could purchase a specific cough syrup. The pharmacist entered the name of the cough syrup in a WhatsApp message on my wife's phone, which was then forwarded to my phone. We were clearly informed that, if the medicine became necessary, we could purchase it directly from the hospital pharmacy by presenting that message. The following day, 14 July, at approximately 9:50 PM, Lilly's cough worsened. I went to the hospital pharmacy to purchase the cough syrup by showing the WhatsApp message, as instructed. However, instead of receiving assistance, I was informed that the medicine could not be dispensed without a prescription. I explained that it was the pharmacist who had provided the medicine's name the previous day and had specifically informed us that we could return and purchase it if required. Despite this, my explanation was disregarded, and I was spoken to in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner, leaving me feeling as though I had done something wrong. If there had been any uncertainty regarding the doctor's instructions, the pharmacy staff could have requested that I wait while they contacted the doctor for clarification. Alternatively, the doctor should have been asked to issue a prescription during our initial visit, instead of asking us to return later without one. Seeking clarification, I approached the reception and explained the entire situation. I was directed back to the pharmacy, but once again the medicine was refused. I was then informed that I had to bring my sick child to the hospital's casualty department before the medicine could be dispensed. Trusting this instruction, I returned home, brought my unwell daughter back to the hospital, and while we were on our way, I received a phone call from the pharmacy informing me that the medicine could, in fact, be dispensed without my daughter being present. This unnecessary confusion caused significant stress, wasted valuable time, and forced a sick child to travel back to the hospital unnecessarily at around 10:00 PM. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism, inconsistent communication, and discourteous treatment we experienced. Patients and their families deserve to be treated with courtesy, empathy, and clear communication, especially when seeking care for a sick child late at night. I respectfully request that this incident be thoroughly investigated and that appropriate corrective measures be taken to ensure that no other patient or caregiver has to undergo a similar experience. I also request that the hospital review its communication and prescription procedures so that patients receive accurate, consistent, and timely information. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hospital. I was repeatedly contacted by different coordinators, pressuring me to get a surgery done even after I had clearly informed them that I wanted to take a second opinion. They kept calling me again and again, insisting that I should proceed with the surgery. On the last call, they even offered me a “discount” — a surgery that apparently costs ₹51,000 would be done for ₹41,000 as part of some campaign. I was genuinely shocked. Is this a hospital or a home-appliance sales company? I have never heard of a hospital repeatedly pressuring a patient for surgery and then offering a discount to convince them. I’m sharing this purely based on my personal experience. Please think twice and do proper research before choosing this hospital.

Very Disappointing Experience with Pristyn Care Hospital, Kochi. Consulted the casualty department Due to the non-availability of any doctors) on 15 August for my mother, who was unwell. Casuality Dr. Gopika advised to do a urine test& informed that the report would be available within around 30 minutes. Since my mother was not feeling well, we went home after informing the reception to update us once the report was ready. We waited for a long time but received no communication.When we called the number provided by the hospital, the call was connected to customer service in Gurgaon. The person who attended the call had no information about the test or its status. He assured us that he would check and call back within 10 minutes, but we never received any upate again contacted but in vain. The next day morning contacted customer service again. Another representative informed us that they did not have access to check the patient's reports and told that they she would check with the concerned person and update us. Once again, there was no follow-up or communication from customer service. What is even more concerning is that there was no direct contact number for the hospital or concerned department mentioned in the records. All calls are routed through customer service centres in Gurgaon/Bangalore, where the representatives apparently have no access to basic information regarding a patient's test status ansnthe lady who took the call said this is head office and we will check anx update!! Finally visited the hospital reception, we were casually told that the report had already been updated. However, there was no proper explanation as to why we were never informed, despite specifically requesting an update. For a healthcare service provider, timely communication and proper follow-up are extremely important, especially when dealing with an unwell patient. This experience was not only frustrating but also deeply disappointing.
