My honest experience with Pristy Care The doctor was okay, but I have to appreciate the Pristy Care staff and the rest of the team. Before the surgery, they were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The PRO in particular was calling and messaging every day, which gave me a very good impression. I thought, “What a nice and caring team!” However, my experience changed completely after the surgery was completed. Slowly, the communication became less responsive. Messages were not answered properly, calls became less frequent, and the level of support I received was very different from what I experienced before the surgery. I understand that their responsibility may change after the procedure, but as a patient, I expected at least some basic follow-up and communication after surgery. My humble opinion: If you need any treatment or surgery, I personally recommend going directly to the hospital and choosing your doctor rather than relying on a third-party care/service provider. My experience with Pristy Care after the surgery was disappointing. This is only my personal experience, and I hope the team takes this feedback positively and improves their post-surgery patient support.
