They treat you good only till your surgery is done, post that if there's any help needed they stop answering the calls and msgs, I was treated in June but since then I'm trying to get the final bill for my treatment for reimbursement but they haven't provided it yet. Customer service teams says visit hospital and hospital says we cannot provide it, ask prityne to email us only then we can help, when asked for email request pristyne says we cannot do it, our xxx plain team will get back to you. But no one entertains it. I have drafted an email request to their help email as well. But no response yet. Worst after service ever. Puneet Sharma who was my coordinator stopped responding to msgs and calls leaving me in a situation where I'm not able to get the reimbursement despite having an insurance.
