Very poor service by Aman Mishra.
Great pricing Doctor Abhinandan Jadhav was excellent But one little thing is better communication between Pristine Care coordinator Mr Ashish and patient (us) is needed as we were kept on hold for too long without any update of the surgery time as well as discharge If these 2 things are smoothened out I think rest was very good

Very disappointing experience with Pristyn Care. Poor coordination, lack of support, and repeated commitments that were not fulfilled. I had to follow up multiple times with different people and ultimately had to coordinate with my insurance company myself for approval. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience during my treatment. Overall, very dissatisfied with the service. I would recommend considering other healthcare agencies rather than Pristyn Care.
