I underwent surgery for an anal fistula under the care of Dr. Pankaj Waykole through Pristyn Care. Unfortunately, even after the surgery, I continued to experience severe pain and discomfort. I visited Dr. Waykole several times for follow-up consultations, but I did not receive proper treatment or satisfactory post-operative care. I had to undergo the same anal fistula surgery again. The first surgery cost me ₹50,000, and the second surgery cost ₹1,48,000 within just three days. Despite undergoing a second operation, there was no improvement in my condition. I then consulted another experienced colorectal surgeon. After examining me, he informed me that there were complications with my wound and that the previous treatment had not been appropriate. I underwent another surgery under his care, and after receiving proper treatment, I have now recovered well. In my experience, Dr. Pankaj Waykole did not provide appropriate treatment or post-operative care. The hospital staff also showed very little concern for the patient’s recovery or well-being. It felt as though the priority was completing the insurance process and collecting payment rather than ensuring proper patient care. Overall, my experience with Dr. Pankaj Waykole and Pristyn Care was extremely disappointing. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this treatment approach to other patients.
