Very Satisfied with Prystine and their teams ,who have in-depth knowledge and are connected to efficient Doctors .Special thanks to Lalit in their eye department who save me from unnecessary operation and guided towards the best for me .
Do yourself a favor and avoid them. Absolutely pathetic experience. I had reached out to them for a small surgery. They along with their partner hospital A1 superspeciality have made this very traumatic and this has led to mental harassment. I was admitted to hospital before the pre authorisation from insurance had come, was give false commitment by the sales person that it will come, despite me telling the person to postpone the surgery. The hospital was not briefed that MRI had to be done and they kept me waiting on complete fasting from 9.30 am to 9 pm (when the surgery actually happened). I was also not prep well by the hospital which led to me drinking water before surgery, I was also told to conceal this fact from the doctors by nursing staff. This is huge negligence and can lead to life threatening consequences. The next day I was kept waiting from 10 am to 7 pm for discharge. They blamed it on hospital and hospital blamed it on them. Further their patient support team to patient escalation team to hospital staff were contacted and no support was given. I am lucky to be back home unharmed
