PLS AVOID PRISTYN AT ALL COST!!! Do not ever go to any doctor through Pristyn Care. My appointment was booked for clinic in Kothrud to meet Dr. Parag Nawalkar. My appointment was changed to Oyster and Pearl hospital at the last moment. Dr. Parag was very late. He was right in front of me when I was receiving texts from Pristyn's coordinator saying that the doctor is in surgery. Doctor didn't have an OPD assigned to him and he was talking to the hospital staff to get an OPD to check his patients. Dr. explained everything in detail with a diagram of anal anatomy while the nurse was making necessary arrangements. I was in severe pain and Dr said that he would share prescription with me over WhatsApp however the prescription never arrived. After a lot of follow-ups from my end and listening to blatant lies, Pristyn's coordinator again called me and arranged a call with another doctor, Mr. Milind Joshi who was absolutely unprofessional. After a call with the doctor, I was promised to receive the prescription on Whats which I never received. I went to this hospital in Shivajinagar by cab, and wasted couple of hours just to spend next two days in pain and agony. PLS AVOID PRISTYN AT ALL COST.

Dr. Rohan mhaske is very best doctor I got & he is very polite and carring and about pristyn care helpful in overall process but I little disappointed because last time (other surgery) they were providing me cab for pickup before surgery & drop at home post surgery. But didn't ask this time.

Doctor आलेच नाहीत! आणि त्याहून भयंकर म्हणजे — स्टाफला काहीच फरक पडत नाही. एक call नाही, एक message नाही. Zero communication! ही एखादी छोट्या गल्लीतली clinic नाही, तरीही इतकी घाणेरडी व्यवस्थापनशून्यता आणि बेफिकिरी? Patient चा वेळ, पैसा, त्रास — सगळंच वाया. Staff फक्त बसलेले, काहीही माहिती नाही, आणि attitude तर जणू patient ची चूक आहे! Pristyn Care Kothrud = Worst Management + Irresponsible Staff + No Value for Patients 👉 Doctor येणार नाहीत हे आधी सांगण्याची basic mannersसुद्धा नाहीत. 👉 पूर्ण वेळ, travel आणि मेहनत वाया. 👉 अत्यंत unprofessional आणि disappointing experience. खरंच, कोणालाही recommend करणार नाही—सोबत स्वतःही पुन्हा इथे कधीच येणार नाही.
