I am normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with Dr. Parag genuinely inspired me to share my feedback. I was suffering from kidney stones and had initially undergone stenting under another doctor. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with that experience, as I felt the process was unnecessarily complicated and expensive, and my underlying problem was still not resolved. I was then referred to Dr. Parag, and I am extremely grateful that I found him. Dr. Parag is highly knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly, transparent throughout the entire treatment process. He clearly explained the procedure, addressed all the doubts and concerns of both me and my family, and gave us a clear understanding of what needed to be done. He performed the surgery and successfully removed all the stones, exactly as discussed before the procedure. What impressed me most was the seamless process, professional behaviour, and transparency—not only regarding the medical procedure but also regarding the expenses and other aspects of the treatment. During a difficult situation like kidney stones, patients and their families are already under a lot of stress. In my experience, Dr. Parag made the entire process simple, clear, and reassuring. He did not unnecessarily complicate the treatment and maintained complete transparency at every stage. There are many doctors, and when someone is in trouble, it can sometimes be difficult to understand what is genuinely necessary. My experience with Dr. Parag was completely different. He focused on solving the actual problem and guided us through the process honestly and professionally.
