Horrible! I called to get an apptmnt for my ear which was hurting. They gave me an apptmnt for Sunday 13th at 3pm. I reach there, but there is no doctor in sight. The admin staff tell me that the doc is not available. Then i get a call saying we were JUST going to call u to inform that doc is not available. In the world of customer service who gives a customer a call after the apptmnt time to inform them of changes!?! Rubbish place! Dont ever take an apptmnt.
