Extremely Disappointing Experience – Please Be Careful My experience with Pristyn Care was extremely disappointing and frustrating. Initially, I was clearly informed that I would need to pay only around ₹2,000. However, later my cashless insurance claim was denied, which I believe happened due to inadequate information and coordination from Pristyn Care. Even after going through the reimbursement process, I did not receive approximately ₹20,000 of the amount I was expecting. This resulted in a significant financial loss for me. What was most disappointing was the lack of transparency and proper communication regarding the insurance coverage and expenses. I feel that the information provided to me initially did not match the actual situation. Please make sure you verify every insurance-related detail, coverage, and additional cost in writing before taking treatment here. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Pristyn Care to others without thoroughly checking all financial and insurance terms beforehand. I chose Pristyn Care expecting a hassle-free experience, but unfortunately, it turned into a very stressful and costly one.

​I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Pristyn Care, Dr. Pankaj Waykole, and the entire team for taking such wonderful care of my father during his laparoscopic inguinal hernia surgery. ​From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to our coordinator, Neha, who managed everything effortlessly behind the scenes so we could focus on my father’s health. At the hospital, Mr. Bharat was our dedicated Pristyn Care Carebuddy—he was immensely helpful, guiding us smoothly through all the billing procedures and paperwork without any hassle. ​Dr. Pankaj Waykole did a wonderful job with the laparoscopic surgery. He is extremely cooperative, patient, and was always ready to answer all our queries with complete clarity. ​We also had a fantastic experience with the hospital staff at Oyster & Pearl. Everyone was exceptionally polite, cooperative, and supportive throughout our stay. ​Thank you to Dr. Pankaj, Neha, Mr. Bharat, and the Pristyn Care team for such outstanding care and service. My Genuine Experience with Pristyn Care – Not Recommended My experience with Pristyn Care was very disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their services. On 25 June 2026, I underwent a day-care surgery at Sahyadri Multispeciality Hospital Pune Decan. I used my mediclaim policy, and the Pristyn Care representative, Naveen Chahar, assured me that the surgery would be completely cashless and that I would not have to pay anything. However, at the time of discharge, the hospital asked me to pay an additional ₹10,000. The total hospital bill was approximately ₹82,000 for a day-care surgery. When I tried calling Naveen Chahar for support and clarification, he did not answer my calls. No assistance was provided during the discharge process. I was finally discharged around 12:00 AM (midnight) without any proper support from Pristyn Care. If you are considering Pristyn Care for assistance with a cashless mediclaim process, I suggest you verify everything in writing beforehand and be prepared for unexpected charges. Based on my personal experience, the post-surgery support was very poor.
