If you are going through Pristyn Care, I strongly advise you not to consult Dr. Milind Joshi. He is rarely available at the clinic and extremely hard to reach for follow-ups. It feels like some doctors are only interested in doing the surgery and taking the money, without thinking about the patient’s long-term health. I underwent a pilonidal sinus surgery costing ₹45,000. I followed all the post-surgery instructions—medicines, dressing, even paid for home cleaning services. Despite that, my UCG report shows the same issue is still present, which clearly means the surgery was not done properly. The doctor is now not responding at all. As a micro-influencer, I feel responsible to share this honest review so others don’t face the same trouble. This review is not out of frustration, but a genuine attempt to help future patients make informed decisions. Please be careful when choosing your doctor—your health deserves better attention.
