BEWARE: Pristyn Care is a BIG fraud. Initially they will arrange cabs for the patient and provide Discounted consultation. However, once the surgery payment is completed, they avoid your calls. They also do not return the refund after adjusting the insurance amount. Their executives are trained to scam the customers.

Harassment by Pristyn Care SPOC In Dec 2025, I contacted Pristyn Care for cataract surgery and was referred to ASG Eye Hospital. The consultation was fine, but the lens cost quoted was unreasonably high, so we chose another hospital. Pristyn Care had clearly stated there would be no charges if we did not proceed. Despite this, their SPOC is repeatedly calling and harassing us for not opting for their service. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. If the unwanted calls continue, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Court.

Asked consultation fees on every visit apart from overall package though it was not discussed. And there are many visits. No follow ups after surgery. Also needed to take care after surgery all the medicine by own.

Very pathetic experience at Pristyn Care. Whatever your concern is.. they'll just provoke you to go for surgery. I have a cashless insurance claim which Is why looks like they just tried fooling around. I had an surgery with Dr. Prashant Manohar Kedari from Vimannagar in March 2024.. wherein my concern was addressed stating that he would take off 2skin tag-lumps visible outside (though one was very minor other major).. after getting operated i got to know that he only took off the major lump n kept the minor ones as it is..later upon post surgery consultation he was just saying if it troubles you in future- I'll this get operated for free bla bla bla... All those typical buttering! Later this year in October 2025 ,i had an issue which seemed like anal ulcers, i reached out to them they booked consultation with another Dr.Amit Patil in the same place.. saying that earlier Dr.Prashant was not available, ( he has been transferred or he left from there.. different people different answer) I took consultation from Dr.Amit - while addressing my concerns during examine he used only say - "hojayega operation karke sab nikal denge" even that minor lump which was not removed by earlier Dr. Prashant. The attitude was so casual while he was telling me go opt for surgery, you have a cashless claim - our team will look into it just get admitted and things are done. I told him will discuss this once with my family and let you know. Meanwhile later that, consultation i visited a general physician (family doctor) for that seemed like anal ulcer issue - after examination he said that there no surgery required for this.. it's a very basic ulcer types - just have happened due to your diet issue can be treated with an ointment and he prescribed me some medicine with an ointment - which was actually effective and no surgery was required at all.. Even this was claimed by him. He himself shared -an another pathetic experience from a patient visited pristyn care before. So overall - i believe these guys will provoke you with just opting for surgery when actually it won't be required. Also as a surgeon it's doctors responsibility to address the issue quiet efficient.( Dr. Prashant just went away taking off 1 major skin tag-lump ) while he left the other lump to be get treated by then again in future.. it's like repeating your surgeries when everything could have been settled down once. If you have the cash less claim insurance - the approach will definitely going for surgery.. It loos like a complete business model only for getting out money wherein the healthcare comes later for them. Initially it starts with consultants who speaks on calls - mine was (Bishaka and Vishal) which ends up at your consultation with any particular doctors they have at the clinic. So please - think before you opt in for any surgeries here, don't be repeated patients for them going for surgeries and again surgeries. Address your issues with them meanwhile also the get examine from outside and choose the better one and save yourself. Just opting surgeries again and again isn't good for anyone.

I have a very bad experience of pristine care service and doctor.... Fake operation charged to me for when my mother is hospitalized for endoscopy at Decan Hardikar Hospital, Pune. Operate by Dr. Pankaj Waykule. (Piles Surgen)
