Your service is extremely unprofessional and negligent. It feels as though you have no concern whether the patient has recovered, survived, or not. Once you receive the customer’s insurance payment, your job seems to be over. There is absolutely no proper customer service. Moreover, none of the messages sent are responded to. This level of service is extremely disappointing and does not reflect the professionalism expected from your organization.
Pristyn Care is a BIG fraud. Initially they will arrange cabs and provide Discounted consultation at hospital. However, once the surgery payment is completed, they avoid your calls. They also do not return the refund after adjusting the insurance amount. Their executives are trained to scam the customers.
Money Minter seems focused only on maximizing the bill amount. Even with cashless insurance, they ensure customers incur out‑of‑pocket expenses by adding exorbitant non‑medical charges. This practice defeats the purpose of cashless coverage. In my experience, it’s better to avoid the
