Experience with Pristyn care was very bad, amount charged was double and took complete 1 day to complete the discharge process. Dr. Ravi Sharma was good in explaining things and cleared all our doubts. If you are going through Pristyn care then keep in mind you will not get any support from the hospital too , for any details they will ask you to check with Pristyn team and you will get very sweet words and assurance from the Pristyn team but no result. Better go to any hospital directly initially it will be difficult to choose the hospital but do your own research and select the hospital for smooth experience.

Worst healthcare experience I have ever had in Bhubaneswar. Pristyn Care’s entire approach feels heavily marketing-driven. Before you become a patient, their representatives speak very politely and make big promises to gain your trust. But once you proceed with consultation and treatment, the reality becomes completely different. Patients are made to feel like they have no better option available and are pushed toward tests like MRI scans at “Nidan” before surgery. Everything feels commercially coordinated rather than patient-focused. The biggest disappointment was discovering later that Pristyn Care does not even have its own hospital setup in Bhubaneswar. They function like a third-party consultancy and redirect patients to Neelachal Hospital Pvt. Ltd. for treatment. This important fact was never clearly explained in advance. My experience at Neelachal Hospital was extremely poor. The behavior of many staff members, including security and administrative staff, was rude and disrespectful. The accounts department was especially frustrating to deal with. One employee named Santosh from the corporate/accounts section behaved very unprofessionally and lacked basic courtesy while dealing with patients and billing concerns. Even after treatment, the problems continued. My insurance reimbursement got delayed because the required bill breakup was not properly provided. Despite repeated follow-ups with both Neelachal Hospital and Pristyn Care, I did not receive proper support or resolution. I also interacted with a Pristyn Care representative named Muskan multiple times regarding these issues. Initially, the communication was very polite, but when actual support was needed during the reimbursement process, the response and assistance were extremely disappointing. Overall, the entire experience was stressful, poorly managed, and financially frustrating. I would strongly advise people to do complete research before choosing Pristyn Care or Neelachal Hospital in Bhubaneswar. By default you have no option to give minus stars or else I would have given minus stars here. Please do not choose these tow organizations. There are may more different best health cares in Bhubaneswar instead of getting trapped here.

**Scam alert** Worst experience ever!! I had a corn removal surgery of my mother on 6th April. These scammers (prysten care) took my insurance details , got the initial approval form insurance company, booked surgery in a hospital. However, when we arrived at the the hospital, the hospital denied to take patient from prysten care. So these scammers took us to another hospital and again applied for pre approval from insuranse co., which was just 30 min before the surgery. The intial approval was not received by the time of surgery from insurance company due to delay of prysten care. Then these scammers told me to deposit whole amount of surgery, otherwise they will cancel the surgery and they confirmed the deposit amount will be refunded within 72 hours of intial approval . Initial approval received after the surgery, But today is the 14th day, still they have not refunded my amount.

The experience with Prystn Care for piles surgery was very disappointing. Multiple coordinators were involved throughout the process, which seemed unnecessary and led to poor communication. Before the surgery, they were very proactive—even offering pickup service to the hospital. However, after the surgery, their responsiveness dropped significantly. It is standard practice for the surgeon to visit the patient the next day, but despite repeated requests, there was no response. Initially, we were informed that out-of-pocket expenses would be around ₹2,000. However, additional and seemingly unnecessary charges were added, which led to insurance rejection, and we had to pay approximately ₹8,000. The discharge was also delayed by two hours due to these billing issues, even though we had clearly informed them that the patient had to travel for six hours after surgery. Overall, we have lost trust in such an organization and would request others to be cautious.

!!!! FRAUD ALERT !!!! I was initially contacted by the Pristyn Care team and invited to undergo surgery with the assurance of a cashless insurance facility. Based on their promises of a smooth and hassle-free process, I agreed to proceed with the treatment. However, after the surgery, the experience became completely frustrating. I requested the final bill with a detailed breakup, which is a basic requirement for submitting an insurance claim. Shockingly, the hospital associated with Pristyn Care refused to provide the itemized bill and is now denying giving the detailed breakup. Because of this, my insurance claim process is getting delayed, and I am stuck without the necessary documents. Despite raising the issue multiple times, Pristyn Care has not provided any proper support or solution. For a healthcare company that advertises “cashless and hassle-free treatment,” this kind of lack of transparency and support is extremely disappointing. Patients trust such services during critical health situations, and at the very least, they should provide clear billing and proper assistance after treatment. My advice to others: please be very cautious and make sure you get everything in writing before proceeding with any treatment through Pristyn Care. Very poor experience and extremely disappointed with the service.
