very worst service done by Pristyn care post surgery my co-ordinator "MANSI SHUKLA" she doesn't done anything post surgery not informed me anything about followup with doctor post surgery, I just asked her to book an appointment with doctor she doesn't done it for 3 to 4 days she just gave me the same reply that allow me sometime thats it. not even a basic empathy she has provided for me. i seriously don't recommend this pristyn care to anyone
I would recommend not to consult doctors at pristyn care,in January'26 we had consulted the doctor and there was no improvement,post which we had consulted a better hospital and the problem was resolved,still now I am getting calls from this hospital inspite of me telling not to call me anymore.Especially a person named Jagan.Its like marketing calls and messages we receive,this is happening with the pristyn care,Tambaram as well. Very pathetic staffs and no professional behaviour,even Yesterday I received a call from them and have informed not to call me anymore again today I am receiving messages from them.can you pls stop this kind of marketing strategy.
