Very smooth experience and excellent service. Mouma Ghosh ensure timely communication and has been very helpful throughout. It was my first time engaging with Pristyn and they took care of everything, from arranging the appointments with doctor till final discharge- seamless experience!!
Very disappointing experience with Pristyn Care and . I was initially told this was a minor procedure with a quick recovery of 2–3 days. However, after the surgery, I was informed that I needed at least 2 weeks of rest and nearly a month for proper recovery — this was never clearly explained beforehand. There was also a serious lack of transparency in billing. I was told the cost would be around ₹30,000 without insurance, but nearly ₹1,00,000 was claimed through insurance. On top of that, I was forced to pay an additional balance amount, which was not clearly justified. This feels like unnecessary inflation of charges and unethical billing practices. I also have concerns about the diagnosis. I was told I had Grade 4 hemorrhoids, but my report mentioned Grade 2 — which in many cases can be treated with medication. I felt pressured into opting for surgery without being properly informed about non-surgical options. The hospital experience was very poor. The doctors and nursing staff were rude and unprofessional. The doctor barely visited after surgery and did not provide proper explanation or post-operative guidance. Overall, the treatment felt careless and not patient-focused. The coordinator (Jagan) from Pristyn Care kept calling repeatedly and made promises that were not fulfilled. Overall, this experience was misleading, stressful, and financially concerning. I strongly recommend others to get a second opinion and full clarity on diagnosis, treatment options, and all costs before proceeding. Not recommended.

My experience was disappointing. The consultation felt rushed and focused immediately on surgery without discussing medication or conservative treatment properly. I felt uncomfortable and pressured. Later, I recovered with medicines and ointments without needing surgery. I strongly feel patients should be given clear explanations and time to decide before being pushed toward invasive procedures.
