I came to know about Pristyn Care for the first time on 20 September 2026, when I was admitted to the hospital. Even though Rohith Sir was on leave due to a personal reason, he continuously called and followed up with me. From admission until I returned home, he personally took care of everything and made the entire process very smooth and comfortable. I didn’t have to worry about anything. Thank you so much, Rohith Sir, and the entire Pristyn Care team. 🙏❤️ I am truly grateful for your care, support, and kindness.

Date : surgery happened on 30-1-2026, underwent laser surgery for piles and anal fissure under Dr. Anand Pandyaraj I am extremely satisfied with the treatment and care provided. The doctor explained the condition and procedure clearly, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. The surgery was smooth, and my recovery has been comfortable. I truly appreciate the doctor’s expertise, patience, and compassionate approach. Thank you for the excellent care."

very worst service done by Pristyn care post surgery my co-ordinator "MANSI SHUKLA" she doesn't done anything post surgery not informed me anything about followup with doctor post surgery, I just asked her to book an appointment with doctor she doesn't done it for 3 to 4 days she just gave me the same reply that allow me sometime thats it. not even a basic empathy she has provided for me. i seriously don't recommend this pristyn care to anyone

I would recommend not to consult doctors at pristyn care,in January'26 we had consulted the doctor and there was no improvement,post which we had consulted a better hospital and the problem was resolved,still now I am getting calls from this hospital inspite of me telling not to call me anymore.Especially a person named Jagan.Its like marketing calls and messages we receive,this is happening with the pristyn care,Tambaram as well. Very pathetic staffs and no professional behaviour,even Yesterday I received a call from them and have informed not to call me anymore again today I am receiving messages from them.can you pls stop this kind of marketing strategy.

Think before you go to this hospital. Their co-ordinators are extremely pathetic and don't know how to co ordinate with patients and their partner hospitals. Anu Priya is the co-ordinator and she don't know nothing about co ordination

I recently underwent a hernia surgery under Dr. Madhavan, and the entire experience was excellent. Dr. Madhavan explained the procedure clearly and made me feel completely confident. A special thanks to Mr. Arun, the medical counsellor, who guided me throughout the process and ensured everything went smoothly. From admission till bandage removal, the support was great. Highly recommend their service.
